We are all so exquisitely and sovereignly designed. When I think about what you’ll experience in getting to know me, you’ll find that
I’m a lover of beauty, a highly sensitive empath, an optimist, a mystic, a healer, a channel for angel messages and an intuitive guide.
I’m a truth seeker, a writer and someone who finds getting to know people such a delight!
My philosophy is that every relationship we have in our lives is sacred and formative. These relationships can be with our most beloved, our families, our friends … and especially important, with ourselves and with the Divine.
All contribute to our sense of connection and wholeness. To me, life is all about the depth of our connectedness that forms the foundation of our wellbeing, energy, and aliveness!
The study of relationships and spirituality have been passions of mine for decades and have led me to study and become certified in a number of areas, so to be of service to you.

In addition to my walk with Spirit, raising a family of four children, being married to my very beloved husband, Mike, and welcoming our maltipoo, Gracie, have been the treasures that I cherish most.
But it would be incomplete if I didn’t mention some of the more challenging aspects of my life journey that have caused me to search within and become more compassionate, open-hearted, and understanding. These include:
